Terms and Conditions

• All pets must come into my care in good health.
• Dogs must be sociable and friendly and show no signs of aggressive behaviour towards other dogs or children.
• Entire dogs will not be walked off lead in my care and bitches in season will not be accepted for walking but I can visit them in your home.
• All dogs will be walked using leads unless I am sure they have a reliable recall and you give written consent that they can walk off lead.
• Walking time is approximately 1 hour but is dependant on the age and ability of the dog . I will curtail a walk if I can see that your dog is not coping for whatever reason and I will act in the best interest of the dog.
• No more than 3 dogs will be walked together by me on a group walk.
• Should any veterinary assistance be required during my care for any pet, no matter how they are incurred, you will be entirely responsible for the bill..
• Where pets are boarding with me, you will need to provide all food and bedding, unless otherwise agreed.
• You will provide your own dog/cat food/litter/ for the duration of a home visit.
• For caged animals I will provide all food and bedding but cages must be provided by the owner, in the interest of minimising cross-contamination.
• Caged animals will be cleaned out weekly, unless it is required more regularly.
• It is advisable to let neighbours know that I will be visiting.
• I reserve the right to cancel any service or booking.
